SAS’s third Voices of Diversity panel scheduled for Friday, February 26th from 10:00 am -11:30 am. To register, please click here.
Last fall the SAS Office of Undergraduate Education launched Voices of Diversity with support from a RU-NB Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement grant.
Voices of Diversity is designed to provide our students with diverse and intersectional identities a platform to share their perspectives and experiences with faculty.
We have assembled a Student Advisory Board that is working together to choose panel topics. The topic they have chosen for the third panel is “Black Lives at Rutgers.” They are also helping to select panelists from anonymized student applicants who responded to our call for participation in each panel.
We are indebted to the many students that are graciously volunteering their time to this program. And, thanks to our Teaching and Learning team in SAS OUE for developing and launching this initiative.
And please save the date for the fourth and final panel series this year on Friday, April 2nd from 10 -11:30 am.
