Rutgers Counseling, ADAP & Psychiatric Services provides a variety of psychological counseling services for all students of Rutgers University in New Brunswick/Piscataway. Services are free, and confidentiality is guaranteed within legal and ethical guidelines. CAPS main office is located on College Avenue at 17 Senior Street and a counseling office is also located on Cook/Douglass at 61 Nichol Avenue (for both offices call 732-932-7884).
